Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and experience in implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Train end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionality and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus
This is a freelance role with a 6-12 month project duration
