RESPONSIBILITIES:- Store stock planning/allocations
Seasonal stock pricing in consultation with the Regional MM/Regional Inventory Analyst
- Responsible for the creation of Purchase Orders and tracking of shipping invoices
Ensure that all stores meet the daily benchmark inventory levels- Work with the warehouse to monitor the deliveries and ensure that stock allocations are at optimal levels
Generate weekly performance and monthly report- Management and analysis of top and bottom stores
Review weekly best sellers and action consoles accordingly
- Participate and support new store openings
To prepare pricing for new stocks release- Update discount and promotion prices
Stock adjustments, file for claims & follow up on claims when needed- Monitor package / prestige card inventory levels
Assist in stock-take / external sale set-up and stock returns
- Provide support in store set-up and / or any brand-related event
Market research /Competitor research- Follow up on shop requests / enquires
Min 1 years and above experience in retail or logistics industry- Well organized and structured thought process
Knowledge in shipping documentation and processes
- Strong coordination skills and working with multiple parties
Proficient Microsoft Excel skill and comfortable with systems- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
