• Your Daily ZOALA Experience

As a Mental Health Lead, you will:

• Develop and implement mental health success metrics to track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client objectives.

Analyse data to drive product and mental health-related strategies for elevating mental health outcomes .

• Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with clients to understand and address needs and mental health pain points.

Collaborate closely with the product and technology team to adopt solutions and resolve tech concerns based on client feedback.

• Create and deliver mental health content for students, parents, and educators, such as educational videos, workshops, and webinars.

Assist in developing marketing content.

• Provide individual counselling.

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the counselling centre, including administrative, accounting, marketing, and client service functions.

• The Career Requirements

A Degree holder (preferably in Psychology, Mental Health, Counselling or related fields).

• At least 1 year of experience as a Mental Health Counsellor or similar role.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and pain points.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategies.

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organisational abilities to manage day-to-day operations.
