- What we are looking for in Personal Trainers
- Highly motivated and passionate about fitness
- Knowledgeable about different workouts and exercises
- Enjoys working and interacting with people
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English
- Candidates with recognized Personal Trainer qualifications and sales experience will have an advantage
- What you will be doing everyday
- Conduct fitness consultations for gym members by assessing their current fitness level, identifying their fitness goals and creating a realistic workout program to help them achieve this goal
- Interact with and assist members on the gym floor (flooring)
- Sell personal training packages and work towards a monthly target that will be set for you
- Teach weekly group classes based on your expertise and qualifications
- Assist membership team with membership promotion and retention
- Top performers can earn up to RM8000 and more including commission every month

- What we are looking for in Membership Consultants
- Highly motivated individuals who are passionate about fitness
- Enjoys working and interacting with people
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English
- Membership Consultants who can play a big part in helping our company grow. Experience in sales is preferred but not necessary as we will provide training. You will be working as part of a successful and highly driven Sales Team who knows how to work hard while having fun delivering heartfelt service to our prospects and members.
- What you will be doing everyday
- Actively identify new sources of potential members
- Attend to prospective members in order to understand their individual needs
- Bring prospective members on an engaging tour around the gym
- Explain about our membership options and offer creative solutions to help prospective members fit workout and exercise into their busy schedule
- Attend to current members and assist with membership payments or any other enquiries
- Top performers can earn up to RM5000 and more including commission every month
