Job Description
- Deep scientific understanding: Acquire an in-depth understanding of clients brand portfolios to provide tailored and insightful medical communication solutions.
- Scientific content development: Create/ adapt scientific medical content aligned with client objectives, ensuring compliance with editorial quality standards for all projects.
- High-quality deliverables: Produce medical content of exceptional depth, comprehensiveness, and quality within the allocated timelines.
- Productivity: Implement strategies to control and reduce the cost of content development, cycle times, and error rates in projects.
- Creative and innovation: Provide inputs on creative materials before final delivery and explore innovative approaches to enhance medical content products by leveraging scientific depth.
- Diverse content creation: Develop various medical materials, including e-learning modules, presentations (PPTs), brochures, patient education materials, e-detailers (eDAs), websites, apps, mechanisms of action (MOAs), teasers, manuscripts, articles, and table of contents (TOCs) etc.
- Teamwork: Collaborate and work with the Senior medical writers for reviews and inputs
- Industry awareness: Stay updated on industry developments and standards while maintaining integrated document writing conventions and standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Educational Background: Currently studying or hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in healthcare science or a related field. CURRENT UNDERGRADUATES OR FRESH UNDERGRADUATES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
- Scientific Acumen: Be capable of translating complex scientific information into creative and practical communications.
- Medical Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the medical field.
- Passion for Writing: Demonstrate a strong flair and passion for writing.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
