Position: Medical Sales Representative (Jr/Sr)
  • Overview / Summary:

Rineu (16PERCENT skincare) seeks a dedicated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to drive sales growth within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proven track record of success in medical sales, and a passion for promoting skincare products backed by dermatological expertise.
  • Responsibilities / Job Description:
Reports to the Sales Manager under the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, upselling existing accounts, and expanding Rineu's presence within the medical community.
Assist the reporting manager in achieving the departments objectives and key performance index (OKRs & KPIs) targets.
  • Prospect and target healthcare accounts such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, GPs and chain clinics to generate new business opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted healthcare accounts, including physicians, practice managers, and skincare professionals.
  • Effectively communicate the clinical benefits and features of 16PERCENT skincare products by securing and conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough understanding of the 16PERCENT skincare product line and its clinical applications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and product development, to coordinate sales activities, address customer inquiries, and resolve product-related issues.
  • Stay updated on skincare industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance, customer needs, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.
  • Assist and execute ad hoc tasks from the Management.
  • Qualifications / Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing / Public Relation / Mass Communication / Business/ Advertising or a related field.
  • Year of Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the sales marketing field, with a preference for experience in leading a small team.
Medical or Pharmaceutical sales experience will be an added advantage.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information about medical products and services to healthcare professionals and potential clients.
  • Persuasive abilities to effectively pitch and sell medical products or services, understanding customer needs and tailoring presentations accordingly.
Comprehensive understanding of the medical products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Proficiency in negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure sales and maximize revenue.
Able to work independently, work under minimum supervision, and willing to do sales and travel.
  • Possesses own car and with valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM5,200.00 per month
