We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented Medical Sales Representative to persuade health care professionals to purchase our medical products.
You will play an important role to:
- Responsibility for achievement of annual sales targets.
- Territory management - Daily field calls and review call on assign target audience at a frequency as spelt out in itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
- Plan and carry out adequate ethical promotional activities i.e. CMEs, product presentations to healthcare providers to meet business unit objectives.
- Ensure new account generation and product penetration and continue sales in hospitals and clinics in assign area.
- Provides professional customers servicing through regular coverage, develop ability to response to physicians requirements and queries effectively.
- Measure sales and promotional activities progress against plans and targets and take pro-active actions.
- To follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager and Business Unit Head.
- Update management on customers, competitors and market changes in the assign territory.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Possess a Degree preferably in science related studies.
- Fresh Graduates or 1 to 2 working experience in pharmaceuticals or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Possess high level of self-confidence, dynamic and energetic to be working in the highly competitive market.
- Ability to work in own initiative, at the same time adhering accurately to tight deadlines and prior between conflicting demands.
- Good written and spoken English
