This position focuses on expanding the center's clientele, increasing brand visibility, and developing strategic partnerships within the fertility and healthcare industry. The executive will lead initiatives to attract patients, enhance the center's reputation, and contribute to its overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the center's patient base through targeted outreach, relationship-building, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with medical professionals and senior management to align business development strategies with the center's goals.
- Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that promote the center's services, expertise, and success stories.
Create and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
Collaborate with the multimedia design team to produce engaging visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor marketing trends and adjust strategies to maximize impact and reach.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential patients, medical professionals, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from patients and partners.
Implement strategies to enhance patient retention and loyalty through personalized interactions and follow-ups.
- Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant entities.
Collaborate with these partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, educational events, and referral programs.
Leverage partnerships to enhance the center's reputation and expand its network within the industry.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and marketing efforts.
Generate reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize resource allocation.
- Event Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences to raise awareness and educate the public about fertility treatments.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, marketing materials, and attendee engagement.
Qualifications: - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Plus point if you hold a Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Biomed, Bioscience, Biology, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Malay. Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with patients, partners, and colleagues.
