Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares medical report for insurance claim, SOCSO, EP and immunization book etc.

  • Provides operational support as needed.

  • Prepare monthly report for quality and safety activity purposes.

  • Reports data on medical report completeness on monthly basis.

  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, correspondence and processing paperwork.

  • Assist in handling access request for personal data updates.

  • Receive and assist patients as needed

  • Type medical documents (e.g. physician dictations and patient charts)

  • Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)

  • Process invoices, bills and payments related to medical report application.

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Receiving and assisting patients regarding medical report application.

  • Maintaining medical and insurance records

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
