DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares medical report for insurance claim, SOCSO, EP and immunization book etc.
- Provides operational support as needed.
- Prepare monthly report for quality and safety activity purposes.
- Reports data on medical report completeness on monthly basis.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, correspondence and processing paperwork.
- Assist in handling access request for personal data updates.
- Receive and assist patients as needed
- Type medical documents (e.g. physician dictations and patient charts)
- Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence)
- Process invoices, bills and payments related to medical report application.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Receiving and assisting patients regarding medical report application.
- Maintaining medical and insurance records
