Position: Medical Planner /hospital planner
Medical Planner is responsible for master planning, programming and development of complex medical facilities. This position will work directly with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. It uses a high level of organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills. The planner shall understanding all aspects of the business and healthcare industry is required
_Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:_
- He/she has Graduate in Architectural, Healthcare Design , or any relevant discipline
He/she has a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience on designing hospital projects- He/she must have Hospital and Health care institute design experience
He/she has technical knowledge in the design and planning of various-sized medical and healthcare facilities.
- He/she has prior experience in the development of architectural drawings to communicate planning concepts of project documentation and construction.
He/she has familiarity with Local and International Codes and Practices.- He/she has experience in the effective technical design
management/supervision and training other designer members.
