Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting patient with daily tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, Maintains resident records daily in a timely manner.
  • Reports any changes in residents physical condition and / or behavior.
  • Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
  • Ensuring that patient follow treatment plans and take the necessary medication.
  • Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the programme.
  • Serving as a companion to clients.
  • Transporting client to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
  • Managing medication serving.
  • Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
  • Follow proper procedures in emergency situation and responds promptly.
  • Knows location of each resident, and notifies the supervisor immediately if unable to locate a resident .
  • Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma In Nursing
  • Degree In Nursing
  • Post Basic In Psychiatrict
