Brief job Description- Work shift duties or as assigned by Unit Manager according to Unit's Operational Hours.
Receives and handover report of patient, knows the case in detail.- Provides individualized holistic care to patients using the Nursing Process approach with proper nursing documentation in patients files and that it is contemporaneous.
Carries out orders of doctors / consultants pertaining to care of patients and delegates to other team members according to their assignments.
- Establishes and develops effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives, to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.
Carries out assignments scheduled by Unit Manager and provide feedback.
- Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant
