Responsibilities Job Description - Preventive Maintenance - To execute / supervise other third-party vendor for Routine maintenance servicing / Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per scheduled, fill up PPM checklist, notify superior for any sign of deterioration / abnormalities, compile and submit PM checklist to Facility Supervisor after work completed for work order closing.
Corrective Maintenance Manage complaint / request to CCR, receive work order from CCR, plan and execute work. Attend to related request to the complaint / request from end users, execute corrective maintenance and get verification from end users / clients for completed work order and submit to superior for work order closing.- Familiar and able to operate and trouble shoot related building mechanical equipment (Chillers, Cooling Tower, AHU, ACSU, VRV/VRF, Fire Protection System, Mechanical Fan, Lift, BAS system, pumps, LPG system, etc).
Safety, Health and Environment - Assure safe, healthy and efficient operation of equipment and working environment. Inspect internal tools / PPE and external subcontractor tools / PPE, inspect work practice before approve Work Permit.
- To identify and notify superior on parts / materials need for purchase for use on maintenance works.
To inform superior for any VO opportunity and assist superior for the VO preparation works.- To take a good care on tools provided by company and notify superior for any tools require in performing maintenance activities as well as faulty / missing tools.
Assist in Fire Evacuation Drills and other Fire Safety Activities.
- To ensure and perform necessary housekeeping activities at all respective work areas.
To obey and implement the rules & regulation at all time company rules / regulation and comply with authoritys regulation during performing operation & maintenance activities.- Always provide full support, work in teamwork, maintain self-motivation, keep healthy environment and avoid any provoke or confrontation which will affect employees motivation and operation.
To always alert and response, attend, rectify and update to superior for any On Call for any emergency event.
- To perform other related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company.

Possess at least a Technical Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical or any equivalent. Minimum SPM or SPM(V) certificate.- Total Work Experience: 2 to 5 years
Familiar with building and warehouse facilities management.
- Experience in Chillers, Cooling Tower, AHU, ACSU, VRV/VRF, Fire Protection System, Mechanical Fan, Lift, BAS system, pumps, LPG system, etc.
