Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Maintain workshop machinery reliability and ensure excellence workshop machinery and tools room housekeeping.
To perform planned and preventive maintenance program- To involves in troubleshooting and repairing of rotating equipment.
To perform daily fabrication and machining activities & complete on time.
- To assist supervisor to troubleshooting on equipment failures to determine root cause and implement corrective measures.
To perform other duties and responsibilities given from superior.
Requirements:- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of hand-on experience in handling rotary machinery
- Good knowledge in repair pumps, air compressors, blower, turbine
Acquire skill in sharpening tools like drill bit and lathe related tool bits/cutter and creative in fabricate special tools holder when handling abnormal shape work piece.- Familiar with rotating equipment condition monitoring, mainly vibration analysis and lube oil analysis
Able to manage contractors with good people skill.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawing.
