Minimum one (1) year of working experience working in related with facilities management.

Job scope :
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks (PPM) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per the predetermined schedule or instructions provided.
Identify the root causes of damage and promptly repair any issues within the specified timeframe.- Address all issues, including complaints, requests, criticisms, and customer dissatisfaction, in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor and ensure the optimal functioning of all building systems.
- Compile daily reports detailing the condition of equipment for submission to the supervisor.
Ensure that all problems are resolved within the designated response time.- Conduct regular checks to ensure the proper operation of mechanical systems.
Prepare and update reports for submission to the supervisor as required.
- Collaborate in Quality Management Systems, Total Quality Management initiatives, and strive to achieve ISO quality standards.
Provide assistance to other departments as needed to ensure the seamless operation of projects.
