Responsibilities:- Read and interpret design specifications, technical drawings, schematics and computer generated reports.
Perform specific project design and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications, respond to client questions and perform construction administration tasks.- Familiar with boiler instrumentations and fittings
Confer with other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
- Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications, manuals and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs and applications.
Specify system components or direct modifications of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
Participate in site meetings and discussions; liaising with clients and contractors.
- Ensure collaborative relationship with engineering and production floor personnel.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering./Mechatronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
- Min 2 years working experience.
Experience with Autocad an added advantage.
