Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.- Prepare project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with other engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams to develop and implement mechanical solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the integrity and performance of mechanical components.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform detailed calculations, simulations, and analyses to support design decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
