To carry out daily routine checks, service, and timely attend to any operation troubleshooting machine faulty, breakdown and maintenance repair activities.- To instill safety awareness and to ensure that the safety devices of machinery and equipment in facilities are in operation mode.
To prevent all unsafe condition and dangerous occurrence that may cause serious injuries in work place.
- To carry out preventive maintenance at interval on packing machine available in production floor.
Provide supervision and assistance in the operation and maintenance of the machinery equipment such as stripping/layering machine, burner, good lift, forklift and others.- Maintaining proper maintenance records for all utilities equipment.
Assist and provide guidance to supervisors/technician to resolve mechanical related issues.
- To plan the work schedule and duties of technicians.
Ensure all activities compliance with company's ISO procedures.- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related field.- At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing preferably glove manufacturing industry.
Hands on experience with static and rotating equipment such as stripping & layering machines, pumps, compressors, blowers, cooling towers, material handling & pipelines, etc.
- Able to work independently, possess integrity and the right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
