Responsible for planning periodic maintenance work (PPM).
- Assist in carrying out control, testing, periodic maintenance of mechanical equipment,
- Help plan and organize activities to regulate the energy use system towards the goal of Energy Saving.
- Maintenance and Operation: Responsible for the regular maintenance and operation of mechanical systems within the facility. This includes monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, and other mechanical equipment.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations related to mechanical systems. Implement safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure proper functioning of safety equipment such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems.- Project Management: Oversee mechanical engineering projects related to facility improvements or upgrades. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Vendor Management: Interact with mechanical contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Evaluate needs, select appropriate vendors, manage service contracts, and ensure quality performance and timely delivery of services.

Conduct brief briefings, shoptalks, training and guidance on work procedures and safety aspects that must be followed by all technicians by applying the concept of Safety First.
- Resolving problems, complaints, requests, comments and criticisms from customers and building good relationships between the company and customers in line with the scope of the company's operations
Helping and getting involved in the Quality Management System, Total Quality Management and achieving ISO quality.- Calibrate and help other departments if services are needed for the smooth operation of the project.
