Responsibilities:
- Production supervision: Must have
They are usually involved in the production process, ensuring that products are built to specifications and identifying potential problems that may arise during production. This includes collaborating with other engineers and production staff to solve problems and improve processes.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: Must have
Once a product is in use, mechanical engineers may be responsible for its maintenance and troubleshooting. This involves diagnosing problems, making necessary repairs, and suggesting improvements to improve performance and reliability.
- Analysis and testing: Not a Must, but Nice to have for BMM jobs
Mechanical engineers analyze and review their designs to ensure they meet the required specifications and performance standards. This can include using simulation software to predict how a component will behave under different conditions, as well as performing physical tests to validate these predictions.
Required skills and knowledge:
A deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them in practical scenarios is essential. This includes knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, and structural analysis.

and various manufacturing specs.
Mechanical engineers must be skilled at identifying problems and developing effective solutions. It involves critical thinking and the ability to analyze complex systems.
Accuracy is essential in mechanical engineering, as even small mistakes can lead to significant problems. Engineers must pay attention to detail in every aspect of their work, from design to testing to manufacturing.
Effective communication is essential, as mechanical engineers often work in teams and must convey complex technical information to non-engineers. This includes writing reports, creating presentations, and collaborating with colleagues.
Education: B.sc Mechanical engineering.
Tools: MS Office, CAD [SolidWorks- advantage].
English Language: Read/Write/Speak in high level.
Experience: 3-5 Years experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production areas.
