- Generally assist mechanical department and specifically assist Facility Management Manager and Facility Management Inspector to ensure all the maintenance activities such as scheduled inspecting, monitoring, repairing, and upgrading can be done smoothly.
- Checking scheduled routine, urgent, additional and pending job that should perform.
- To come out with official and technical report about the problem occurred on site as stated inside the contract.
- To make a consideration on how to solve and tackle the problem occurred based on best method practice, time, cost saving, and lowest risk involved.
- To assist with subcontractor, supplier and client about discussion, quotation and method of work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Shall have Degree in Mechanical/Building Survey/Facilities Engineering with minimum three (3) years working experience related with operation and maintenance building.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Very professional due to job requirement (always meet client).
- Have knowledge about Building System Control (BCS), Lift & gondola, Air Cond system, fire system etc
- Critical thinking person.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 38 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
