Job Responsibility
- Development of Standards and Work Instructions:
- Assist in creating and refining maintenance standards and work instructions for equipment changeovers.
- Ensure documents are clear, detailed, and adhere to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and maintenance teams to gather necessary data and insights.
- Design of Training Materials:
- Develop easy-to-understand training materials for maintenance and equipment operation.
- Utilize various formats such as manuals, videos, and interactive guides to cater to different learning styles.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure all staff are proficient in new procedures and standards.
- Facilitation of Alternative Sourcing Projects:
- Participate in identifying and evaluating alternative suppliers for parts and materials.
- Analyze cost-benefit scenarios to support sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure new sources meet required standards.
- Improvement Project Participation:
- Engage in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and reliability of equipment.
- Utilize engineering principles to propose modifications or upgrades.
- Track and report project progress, providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Collaborative Engineering Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and R&D, to support engineering initiatives.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support as needed.
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and software, enhancing technical skills and practical knowledge.

- Engineering background students (Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to Sungai Buloh.
