Job Responsibilities:
To be based in Kuala Lumpur International Airport Sepang, Selangor
Coordinate the activities of subordinates involved in the inventory control & MRB related operational tasks
Oversee and participate in counting, weighing, and measuring incoming or outgoing items to ensure compliance.
Review quality issues, cycle counts and any other inventory issues.
Authorize special orders within procedural and established limits
Handles Autostore bin maintenance and support SYNQ system related transactions.
Handles Inventory Control & MRB related activities including SAP transactions. Any experience will be an added advantage.
Handling Quality Inspection requests as and when needed.
Complete material transactions in SAP, creating non-conformance reports in IQMS
Operates MHE as and when needed. Reachtruck/Order Pickers/Forklift/etc.
Pursue/Support any operation improvement projects as assigned
What Youll Do
Safety Protocol:
Complete all required safety training
Follow safe work practices by lifting no more than 35 pounds, using ergonomic pads, stretching when needed, etc.
Adhere to personal/ and product safety guidelines by:
utilizing appropriate PPE following clean room procedures
following Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST)
utilizing fixtures (lift hoists, lift track, gantry cranes, lifting tool) to aid in the assembly of tools
Perform Risk Management by Walking Around (RMBWA) inspections and document, correct and/or escalate safety issues/hazards to appropriate individuals/departments
Respond directly and quickly to unsafe practices; escalate to next level manager (safety representative, lead, supervisor, manager); and escalate any unresolved issues (incorrect use of hoist, poor placement of tools/cords/ladders, etc., not using cones or barriers, PPE misuse)
Who Were Looking For
Diploma in any discipline. Logistics disciplines will be an added advantage.
4-6 years of related experience in material handling and inventory control
Knowledge of computerized or automated system operations SAP experience will be an added advantage
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
Knowledge of record keeping practices
Knowledge of safety practices
Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles
Skill in operating automotive, materials handling and office equipment
Skill in lifting heavy packages and objects
MHE trained any MHE handling experience will be an added advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in operating material handling
MHE trained Forklift preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Skype, Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote

On-site Flex youll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex youll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
