OM & MDM experience
Preferred mandarin speaker
5 - 7 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry
Any bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
End to End understanding of Master data, Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Proficient MS skills
Customer / Client facing experience preferred
