About the team
Talent Acquisition Center-Global was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at ByteDance sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition soucers and guide them to implement talent acquisition strategies well in different geographies and projects;
- Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and guarantee individual and team recruitment productivity;
- Provide innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions to maximize productivity and candidate experiences based on an in-depth understanding of company hiring strategies and processes;
- Partner closely with TA leaders and TA partners to drive our hiring to meet TikTok's business objectives;
- Develop enough resource tools and training mechanisms to enable sourcers for different hiring requests.
- 3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech or internet industry will be highly preferred;
- 3+ years of team management experience and experience leading a global diverse team will be highly preferred;
- Strong data sense and able to identify process issues and manage team productivity through data;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to think globally and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices;
- A self-starter and team-player who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks to deal with ambiguity and complexity;
- Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
