Job Description:

Beko Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Support for a one-year contract. This role is integral to our product management efforts and will focus on various key responsibilities to support our marketing initiatives and drive our product success (Air-conditional and Water Heater).

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management (Air-conditional and Water Heater):

• Oversee product lifecycle and pricing management.
• Manage sales achievement, profit, aging, and inventory.
• Develop and launch plans for new models.
• Track and manage retail display status.
• Provide product training and POSM direction, focusing on key USP and addressing consumer pain points and needs.
• Ensure adherence to renovation guidelines and model displays, including planogram and key model checks.
• Produce monthly market sensing reports on market and competitor activities.
• Update competitor pricing monthly for both online and offline channels.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with the Brand team to generate live new ideas for respective products.
• Settle monthly Spiff/Campaign packages.
• Manage sample sets efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in the Consumer Electronics (CE) industry or fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
