Job Brief:

You'll ensure timely issuance of policies, respond to agents and customers, manage claims documents, and monitor payments. Job Responsibilities:
Processing Agency Applications : Manage new agency applications and assist with renewal business, cancellations, and batching policies.
Communication : Respond to emails from agents and customers regarding policies or other issues.
Policy Management : Ensure all policies and endorsements are issued correctly according to underwriting guidelines and sent to agents promptly.
Claims Handling : Manage claims documents received from agents or walk-ins.
Payment Oversight : Monitor agents to ensure payments are received and collections are up to date.
General Assistance : Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Communication).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
