Job Description:
Proposal Planning and Strategy (Pitching)
- Collect client briefs which include the client's marketing strategy, challenges, direct competitors, expectation (KPI) and budget.
- Involve in attending meetings with potential new clients or existing clients for additional project inquiry.
- Ensure information received from the client is 100% complete and ensure there is no information lacking behind.
- Listen and understand client pain points (problem), challenge in digital marketing.
- Collect and gather client requirement, expectation towards digital marketing development milestone & Key Performance Index (KPI), project expectation & requirement.
- Prepare a customized proposal to suit or meet client requirement and expectation including project milestone planning.
- Compile the total cost and ensure there is no hidden cost for the project.
- Ensure the project costing proposed meets with client budget.
Client Servicing
- Provide daily follow up with clients and accommodate client expectations.
- Solve challenges faced by clients that are related to projects.
- Act as the key contact person between client and internal team.
- Counter propose new strategy and new media channel to client according to the latest trend.
- Respond urgently to client's enquiries, ad-hoc tasks, amendments, feedbacks.
- Attend all project meetings with clients.
- Manage and increase client satisfaction.
Client Onboarding and Understand Client Brand
- Identify clients marketing strategy, challenges, direct competitors, expectation (KPI) and budget.
- Determine and come up with the best strategy that can be proposed to the client according to project requirement.
- Client brand assignment to the right department according to client subscription.
- Collect client brand information for the team (e.g. Logo, Typography and etc.).
Lead and Manage Team
- Lead and manage Marketing Strategy Department team members.
Team Collaboration and Coordination
- Liaise and share client briefs to the internal team.
- Coordinate with Media Planner and Content Planner to plan up the timeline of each strategy & production will take.
- Collaborate with MS, CS, MAS, Creative Team, Influencer and CM in order to meet client enquiries and expectations.
- Involve and participate in every big meeting related to the project (e.g. Brainstorming & Reports review).
- Coordinate with each department team lead when there is any issue occurs and solve the challenges faced by the team.
- Ensure the collaboration between each department / team are smooth.
Monitoring and Quality Check
- Job monitor to ensure each team completes and submit work before / by the deadline.
- Review all the Media Strategist and Content Strategist works before sending them to the client.
- Monitor media performance and identify how Media Strategists are able to optimise better performance and reach.
- Ensure ads are effective and displayed appropriately.
- Manage the client's performance, quality and service expectations to avoid unattainable tasks.
Reporting
- Review media & content performance and ensure KPI achieved according to client expectation.
- Identify how Media Strategist / Content Strategist is able to optimise better performance and reach.
- Present reports to clients and build long-term relationships.
