Job Responsibility
- Brand Marketing
- Actively participate in driving new product development and lead the execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches.
- Develop house brand packaging designs for both local and export markets.
- Design house brand packaging designs for both local and export markets.
- Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, consumer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strategize Marketing 5Ps -product assortment, pricing, placement, point of sales material, promotions.
- Identify product unique selling points and craft compelling messages across marketing channels (digital, in-store etc).
- Work with external marketing agencies, contractors and vendors as needed, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing
- Participate and support digital marketing plan for Promex in Malaysia.
- Manage and collaborate with influencers to strengthen Promex brand awareness in Malaysia.
- Business Intelligence / Analytics
- Analyze market trends and opportunities.
- Conduct commercial surveys to identify potential new product development.
- Identify competitor pricing and activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Corporate Branding
- Conduct brand check for design elements in exhibitions participated by company.
- Create or improve corporate stationery items.
- Budget Management
- Monitor marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and Return On Investment measurement.
- Others
Undertake projects as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing function, preferably in FMGC sector.
- Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong will to win with proactive mindset.
- Has an eye for beauty.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and powerpoint.
- Good command in languages.
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is an added advantage.
