The Position
Role Purpose
As the Marketing Partner, you are responsible for improving customer experience throughout a customer's lifecycle in RDMY. You are accountable for formulating and implementing the marketing programs to improve customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the customer journey. You will implement and support customer driven marketing engagement and retention activities, and tracking of activities to evaluate results and provide recommendations to optimize customer experiences and brand awareness.

In this role, you will
Marketing
- Assist in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible.
- KOL management and development, build testimonies and standard process sharing across internal and external partners
- Strategic partnership with 3rd party vendors, medical associations and trade partners
Consumer Marketing
- Assume full responsibilities of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) programs to achieve the assigned goals
- Formulate and implement marketing plans/programs to support consumers on their journey from onboarding, engagement, support, retention through various touch points across channels and platforms.
- Work collaboratively with other internal or external organizations to successfully drive disease education initiatives and improve consumer engagement
- Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services, supervising and measuring key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback as well as preparing reports and insights
- Continuous improving consumer journey and ensuring brand experiences, satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle
Marketing Events and Campaigns
- Plan and lead marketing events and campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure events align with marketing goals.
- Track performance and optimize campaigns for efficiency.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing events and campaigns, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
- Accountable for managing opt-in database customer relationships and lifecycle by ensuring their needs are accurately understood and addressed.
- Manage customer database warranty registration in Salesforce and DTC programs implementation.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business from a reputable University
- Experience in marketing and digital marketing support/analytics is required.
- Preferably, at least 1 year of related experience in a similar industry
- Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams, helping cross-functional teams address strategic opportunities and solve problems across the organization
