Our client, an International Secondary School in Kuala Lumpur, is looking for a Marketing Manager .
The salary is up to RM8,000.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive sponsorship marketing strategy.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with donors, grant agencies, and sponsors.
- Maintain a database of potential sponsors, including their contact details and interaction history.
- Keep a record of all confirmed sponsors, documenting their contact information, engagement history, and financial contributions.
- Draft proposals and presentations as necessary for sponsorship initiatives, including the preparation of grant applications or sponsorship proposals.
- Create post-event surveys, reports, and appreciation packages for sponsors who participated.
- Execute effective marketing campaigns, managing the process from concept to implementation.
- Regularly monitor and report to the Management or Head of Department regarding the utilization of the marketing budget.
- Supervise and verify all marketing materials, including website banners, printed brochures, and other promotional products, such as advertisements.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and measuring performance against established objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in marketing is required, with additional experience in the international school sector considered advantageous.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
- The candidate is expected to gain and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the educational system.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are imperative.
- Characteristics such as flexibility, teamwork, staff motivation, a positive demeanor, and integrity are essential qualities.
- The willingness and capacity to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.
