Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Marketing functions and generate all relevant reports.
- Meeting with team members one by one to review the work status and progress.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals and consumer needs.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently for cost-effective campaign execution.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to inform marketing decisions.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and securing new accounts.
- Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with sales and analytics teams to review sales data and identify insights for future campaigns and product offerings.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize inventory.
- Drive and achieve monthly KPIs for the business and team, constantly fine tune and monitor business KPIs to ensure business objectives are met.
- Task and any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in business administration and related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field
- Good communication skills
- Able to communicate with China's representatives
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
