Key Responsibilities
Design and execute growth strategies that can propel revenue growth within defined measures of efficiency.
Manage overall marketing budget, working with management on financial planning and ROI efficiency.
Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including digital, communications and creative
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels
Manage marketing resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising/media firms/production companies
Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns
Research, analyse, manage and improve funnel top to bottom
Lead creative content creation, social media, branding, performance marketing, partnerships, media buying, pr campaigns, video content production, KOLs, CRO, CRM, SEO, affiliate marketing, referral campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
A strong track record of 5-8 years experience in marketing with a mix of digital, offline, brand, performance marketing, partnership, user acquisition and retention.
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Experience in lifestyle and e-commerce business is highly desired
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good storytelling skills
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
Strong team management, project management and decision making skills
Very strong experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, & CRM
Extensive experience leading and planning marketing initiatives that deliver results and ability to tell stories that can drive fan engagement across platforms
