Spearhead marketing, communications, and PR initiatives to drive growth, collaborating with leadership and sales to develop market penetration strategies and optimize profitability.- Partner with leadership to define clear messaging and analyze marketing ROI to develop cost-effective solutions.
Develop marketing strategies and execute marketing plans, while effectively managing company image, brand and budgets, to ensure the internal and external brand is aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute a multi channel communication strategy with engaging content (short & long-form) to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and connected.
Actively participate in annual master planning process to participate strategy work with operational planning, along with the creation of a master calendar.- Lead content creation across all channels (print, digital, social media, events) in collaboration with the design team and external partners to drive PR & communication efforts.
Develop, update and maintain the company's social media platforms and website to continuously improve the effectiveness of the channel by churning out creative brand marketing contents.
- Champion internal marketing and employee branding initiatives, actively contributing to company events and activities.
Prepare department related reports (Results and WIP) on a weekly basis.- Constantly provide creative and out of the box brand marketing ideas and strategies to compliment the managements goals and business objectives.
Develop, implement and manage communication strategies to develop a favourable image of the companys brand and products.
- Writing and editing a range of collaterals, from press releases to marketing collaterals to social postings.
Undertake any other adhoc task assigned by the management.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
Possess leadership and management skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure in meeting deadlines.- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
