Job Summary:- Assisting Managing Director in marketing activities i.e.. Communicating with customer, define and interpret customer requirement before transmitting to the relevant personnel.
Supervise and guide his/ her subordinates.
- Ensure the duties of his/ her subordinates are properly done.
Handle customer inquiry and requirement thru fax/ e-mail/ verbal.- Ensure the customer requirement is being met at all level of production.
Verify shipping documents, proforma invoice and shipping order.
- Issue proforma invoice and shipping order.
Prepare and send samples as per customers requisition.- Participate in ISO activities and customers audit.
Prepare total monthly order report.
- Attend events or exhibitions.
Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.- The person is expected to work closely with staffs from all departments.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to establish rapport relationship with customer through telex-communication.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.- Able to work under pressure.
Preferably Diploma/ Degree in relevant field.- 5 years or above relevant practical experience.
