What You Will Do
- Analyse market trends, competitor dynamics, and consumer needs for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
- Organise and implement marketing activities, promotions, and publicity efforts to effectively communicate core messages.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and feedback.
- Monitor marketing activity effectiveness and conduct data analysis to optimise strategies.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence, using the latest tools and technologies.
What You Should Have
- Diploma or higher in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or event planning within the entertainment, nightlife, F&B or related industry with robust understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Experienced in executing marketing campaigns on various online advertising and analysis tools.
- Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and robust analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic leader with excellent team development, communication, and coordination skills.
Additional information
Monday - Friday ( 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm)
Basic salary up to RM20,000
