Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the latest trends in the seafood industry, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. This information is used to tailor marketing strategies and menu offerings to meet customer demands.
Event Marketing: Organize and promote events at the restaurant, such as seafood festivals, tasting events, or special holiday menus, to attract customers and provide them with unique dining experiences.
Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, food bloggers, influencers, and event organizers to increase brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, including loyalty programs, customer feedback surveys, and personalized marketing communications.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for group bookings, corporate events, and catering services, and provide marketing support to drive these sales initiatives.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Familiarity with key marketing platforms and software. (optional)

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
