Agoh Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is a mobile phone business company. We are building up a brand called SWAPPER in the market, selling and buying smartphones with attractive price. Swapper is a Malaysia Government Certified Franchisor and we already have 10 franchise retail shops in KL and Selangor. Job Duties:-_
  • Oversee and supervise the Marketing Department.
Develop creative and endless strategies to enhance market reach and drive business expansion.
  • Develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Develop and manage social media strategies, campaigns and content to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
  • Identify and leverage the most effectives digital channels including social media, email, SEO and SEM to meet marketing objectives.
Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok ads etc. to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers and drive engagement.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and deliver timely, relevant content to audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimizing strategies.
  • Effectively plan and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
Enhance e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings and improve online shopping experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Performing market research on customers and competitors for on-going enhancement of our products and services.
  • Maintain the good customer service and experience in various channels and touch points.
Collaborate with sales department to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Communicate the marketing plan to entire company and ensure related departments are align and collaborate with the same marketing initiative.

Skills and Qualifications:_
  • Candidate must possess a _
Bachelor's Degree_ in Marketing / Business / Advertising / Communications or related field. Digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
  • _Must have minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing._
_Must have proven experiences_ in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge in digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels
Solid understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and possess the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
_Fluent in all three languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin__._
  • _
Excellent writing and reading skills in all three languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin__._ Ability to work in fast-paced environment and result-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and managing team skill.
_Candidate with entrepreneurial mindset is preferred_.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM12,
  • 00 - RM15,000.00 per month
