About The Job
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Obtain the necessary permits and licenses for marketing and sales activities, including advertising and promotional events.
- Oversee the renewal and maintenance of all relevant permits and licenses such as KPKT, PKPJ, APDL.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of required permits and licenses for marketing and sales activities, fostering close relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing and sales compliance.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, detailing status, issues, and actions taken.
- Create training materials and conduct workshops on regulatory compliance for property marketing and sales.
- Prepare and manage the budget for acquiring and renewing permits and licenses related to marketing and sales activities.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor graduate in Business Administration or Marketing or with equivalent qualifications
- With 5 working years of experience in property development field are advantages
- Build and maintain good relationships with all related individuals, authorities, agencies
- Have leadership and a team player
