Job Responsibilities
- Process sales order includes entering orders in sales ordering system and coordinate with relevant parties.
Attend to customer / logistic and warehousing queries and bring out for internal discussion and solutions.- Perform system data entry and maintaining accessible filing system.
Prepare and submit records and reports as per requirement.
- Assist on daily office administrative activities.
To assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement- Currently pursuing diploma / degree in Business Admin/Marketing or equivalent.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Self-motivated and result oriented. Ability to work in a team environment.
Deadline-oriented and strong focus on task accuracy and completeness.- Consists of excellent computer skills, typing and knowledge of MS Office applications.
Internship period
3 months and above.- Preferable student perform internship on last semester.
Working from Monday to Saturday.
