Develop and implement effective marketing strategies on the Shopee and Lazada platforms to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
Ensure effective operation of stores on assigned e-commerce platforms, including updating sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, etc.
Explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales.
Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
Create compelling product listings, ensuring accurate and optimized descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement metrics.
Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, product images, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
Job Requirements
Last semester students from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and Southern University College (SUC)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with a focus on Shopee and Lazada platforms will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, online consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficient in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
