• OBJECTIVE:

Develop and manage partnership marketing programs, including strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers, to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for our sensitive skincare brand, Jolicare.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnership Program Management:

Connect with and onboard new affiliates, influencers (KOLs), and partners to promote Jolicare.

• Maintain strong relationships with partners and support their promotional activities.

Analyze and enhance the performance of Partnership Campaigns to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

• 2. Strategy and Campaign Development:

Manage and enhance marketing strategies, campaigns, and store promotions to boost sales.

• Plan, record, edit, and publish content to support campaigns (Capable to become one of the brand's spokespersons).

• 3. Business Development:

Assist the team in implementing strategies that promote business and sales growth.

• Collaborate with teams from operations, product development, and creative departments to develop and launch joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded efforts.

• REQUIREMENTS:

• Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant background of study.

• Proficiency in both English and Malay (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Skilled in using Google Apps, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Proficient with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut.

• Prior experience in establishing partnerships or sponsorships is a plus.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.
