3. Arrange media or KOLs seeding send outs Booking in and out of the Marketing Gifting Samples.

Marketing

1. Event / Activation Support and liaison with vendors for store activations
2. Research and assist to compile all the potential retail events ideas/options. Competitor Analysis Decks

Others

1. Collation of upcoming assets.
2. Briefing in of the assets to portal
3. PR Clippings for AG
4. Contact vendors / suppliers for quotations
5. Sample booking in and management
6. Competitor analysis deck
7. Marketing Weekly Updates for activation
8. Support ad-hoc tasks or undertake projects as assigned
9. Work on design and artwork adaptation.

Skills

1. Energetic with outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people to adapt and excel to deliver the Company's vision
2. Good team player and strong interpersonal skills
3. Able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and objectives whilst demonstration clam demeanor
4. Adaptable to change, with an eagerness towards learning & expanding capabilities
5. Social media savvy and kept up to date with brand activations and engagement

Requirement

1. Availability of 5 months and above.
2. Major in Marketing / Mass Communication / Digital or Social Marketing
3. Knowledge with Photoshop and Editing skills
4. Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage

6. Assist in all areas of Marketing: PR, Events, Press Samples, Retail Promotions, CRM and others.
