Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop compelling marketing content (ads, posts, emails) that resonates with target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and driving customer engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys social media presence by regularly posting content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement & Lead Generation: Optimize landing pages and implement user engagement strategies to attract potential customers and increase conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, lead quality), generate reports, and provide insights for future campaign optimization.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and market dynamics, proposing innovative marketing strategies and ideas to keep campaigns competitive.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the back-end marketing team and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth execution and alignment of marketing plans, driving team goals.
  • Flexible Responsibilities (Ad-hoc Tasks): Take on ad-hoc tasks as required by the company, including assisting with special projects and handling urgent marketing activities, ensuring the overall success of the team.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or above in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate / With at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields. Familiarity with social media advertising, SEO, and SEM is a plus.
  • Content Creation Skills: Creativity and ability to develop engaging content for various platforms, driving audience interaction.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media data tools to track performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a supportive and results-driven environment.
  • Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Application Tracking System (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, Communication skills, Time management, Attention to Details, Sales Management, Coordination & Human Resource.
