Core Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Design and implement marketing strategies specifically tailored for web and mobile applications, integrating diverse functionalities like e-commerce and social networking into a unified promotional approach.- Develop and execute campaigns that effectively promote the superapps multi-faceted features across various platforms, including mobile, web and desktop environments.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with and enhance the superapp's user experience, driving engagement and retention.
Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive growth.- Utilise AI and data analytics to deliver highly personalised marketing messages and offers within the superapp, leveraging user behavior and preferences for targeted promotions.
Create and manage in-app marketing strategies, including push notifications, in-app ads, and promotions, to drive user activity and monetisation.
- Cultivate relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to amplify our reach.
Build and manage relationships with influencers, industry leaders and online communities to enrich the superapps ecosystem and broaden its market reach.- Use big data analytics to gain insights into user behavior, preferences and trends, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimisation of marketing strategies.
Track and analyse performance KPI specific to superapps, such as user acquisition costs, lifetime value, and in-app engagement, to measure ROI and refine marketing tactics.
- Ensure the marketing strategies and practices comply with relevant regulations and data privacy laws, particularly concerning user data collected through the superapp
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role within the IT or software development industry.
Strong understanding of both online (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) and offline (events, print advertising, direct mail) marketing strategies.
- Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Proficiency in digital marketin tools and platforms like Google Analytics, CRM software and marketing automation tools.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
