Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
Engage potential clients through effective communication, building relationships, and understanding their needs.- Follow up on leads, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for advertising, websites,and other marketing materials.
Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Experience in content generation for marketing purposes.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
