- Keep record for file documents.
- Establish and develop operational strategies to support the management of Social Commerce activities.
- Manage the TikTok store, which includes campaign planning, developing marketing initiatives, promotional initiatives, monitoring traffic and performance, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
- Develop interactive and informative content for brand awareness.
- Develop follower engagement activities and content to drive sales.
- Monitor and provide reporting and updates on TikTok Account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
- Create and develop engaging, creative video content and storyboard for marketing purpose.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed.
- REQUIREMENT
- Fresh Graduated or Diploma holder candidates also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to spoken and written in English & Malay, Mandarin will be added advantages.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Active in playing own social media / social commerce (e.g.. Instagram / Facebook /Tiktok).
