Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, dcor, etc.- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.- Highly Organized and perform well under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.- Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
