Develop strategies & managing marketing campaigns across available platform by delivering product messaging to the targeted prospects efficiently.
Brand build credibility of MNC brand by having consistently carry out research to keep up to date with customer or market trend. 3. Regular meetings with vendor and colleague across multiple departments to organise events such as product launches, virtual exhibition & etc.
Responsible to work with product executives/managers to incorporate marketing needs into dedicated product planning and strategy
Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, etc.
Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from variable sources such as LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDM etc. to nurture leads, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Proven experience in event planning and execution.
Strong skills & adaptability in lead nurturing through various channels, including email and calls.
Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
