Manage the brands social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;
Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.;
Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting;
Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platforms performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;
Handle website and RM system (customer relationship management);
Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;
Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers;
Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights;
Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing.
Job Requirements
Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia
Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
Performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively
Excellent written communication skills.
Conscientious and tenacious in working with and around challengers; and always with a sense of urgency.
